to the contract start date. Contact with your tutor, submission
of assignments and the writing of exams are not available until your
start date.

You must complete all requirements (assignments, projects,

quizzes, exams etc.) by your contract end date. If you are unable
to complete these requirements within your contract period, you
may purchase an extension. You are entitled to purchase a maximum
of three 2 month extensions per course and all extension requests
must be received one month prior to your contract end date.

If for any reason you are unable to complete this course, you
must formally withdraw from it prior to your contract end date.
To be eligible for a refund, you must withdraw from your course
within the first 30 days of your course start date. For more
