We refer to the above matter wherein, kindly be advised that the Sale and Purchase Agreement
and other relevant documents (“the Agreements”) are now ready for execution between the
Vendor and the Purchaser. The details are as follows:

Attached herewith are the details of the Agreements.

a. The Purchaser is required to pay the total Deposit Sum 10% of the purchase price for RM

b. The completion date of the Agreements is THREE (3) MONTHS from the date the
Purchaser’s Solicitors received a notification of the consent to transfer approval from the
Vendor.
