Resource Management that we choose
are craft system and scientific
management.

Phase #1 Craft System

Before the awakening of industrial
revolution, craft system was established.
Craft system is the process of making or
building products with the used of tools
and their own hands. During this era,
craftspeople organized guilds, produce
different tools and consisting of small
shops owned by the so-called master
artisans.

Phase #2 Scientific
Management
Scientific management arise during
world wars era. Frederick W. Taylor is
the founder of this phase wherein he
concludes that the scientific management
will improve the efficiency of how work
tasks were accomplishedusing scientific,
research, engineering and mathematical
principles. During this period the main
priority is to provide training to employee
or workers, maintain the wage and better
productivity since new techniques and
methods are established.

SIMILARITIES BETWEEN CRAFT SYSTEM AND
SCIENTIFIC MANAGEMENT.
- Attitudes towards people. They are all good leader and a
servant.
- The participation of employee and managers. The unity
and bond that established.
- The quality of products being produce since they both
possess different characteristics.

- The waste being produced since they both warm and
protect the environment at the same time.
