Accomplished mining professional with eighteen years of experience in operations and engineering across both
underground and open-pit. Extensive experience in the valuation and study of mining projects with a focus on
gold.
CFO and Director: Andrew Gottwald, CPA, CA
Over twenty years of experience in the financial services industry, including senior management positions with
various publicly listed mining companies. Mr. Gottwald served as the Chief Financial Officer of Torex Gold
Resources Inc. where he contributed to the transition of the Torex ELG Property from its exploration stage to
development, raising debt and equity in excess of CAD $1B.
Director: Dawson Proudfoot, P. Eng.
Mining executive with over thirty-five years of experience in the mining industry. Former Vice President of
Engineering for Torex Gold Resources Inc. Mr. Proudfoot was part of the startup executive team that lead Torex
from a junior exploration/development company to a mid-tier gold producer with production in excess of 450,000
ounces per year.
Director: Denis Flood, P. Eng., PMP
Mining executive with over eighteen years of experience ranging from mine design to construction and operations
at major and junior companies. Mr. Flood has held senior technical and operational positions at Foran Mining Inc.
and Excellon Resources Inc.

Mining executive with over 20 years of experience in operations leadership, mining asset maintenance, production,
