After going through the syllabus thoroughly and zeroing down on my topic of
research I made a brief note what strike is and started researching about its context
when talking about legal profession.

As a part of my research I skimmed through the reports of Law commission,

comments by various HCs and SC and opinions of various jurists. Drafted the
heading, “Role of Bar Council of India & state BCIs in strike.”

Made a case list of various judgements which I thought were important and related to
various aspects of strike.
