PROBEEMS FACED BY KVK:-
-When we discuss to s.m.s of all subjects wenotice the main
problems faced by KVK are;
1) Less no. of staff.
2)Unavailability of Labours.
3) Delay in facilitators payment which result in leaving of
Faciliteyers & also affected on schedules of FFS.
4) Involvement of bost Farmer is poor as lack of Coordination
de village level agril. assistant.
5) Not Timely availability of critical inputs from SDAO /ATMA:
Host barmer did not get input on Time.

Practice Exprinced ot Gained in KVK:-

SUGGESTIONS TO OVERCOME PROBLEMS :
-kvk Jalna is actually Ideal for there working.
during their senslor worting they faced many
problems which can be overcome by;
1)Involving more staff and expenies with S.M.S.
For efficient working
2) we can Involve farmers in training
programme by arranging some entertaining &
attractive activities through which we can send
them on actual knowlege & training and can
effectively increase their involve ment.
3) we can request to higher authorities like
ICAR & ATARI to Facilitate the payment on time
& getting input on time so that timely schooule
com be workout.
