MY DAILY FOOD:

Breakfast:

This is my breakfast. I
usually eat potato and
boiled egg with cheese for
my breakfast. Sometimes
I also Drink a cup with
papaya juice.

Lunch:

My mom always brings me


lunch to school every day. I
really like to eat the salads
that she prepares. So I told
her to increase salads for my
lunch every day and that she
usually contains sliced
tomato and cucumber.

DINNER:

We usually have a big dinner all


together as a family. We will
have many dishes and a variety
of proteins. The dishes almost
always contain balanced
nutrition. They include
carbohydrates and vegetables.
