• Auto- tap Gauge: - This Machine was developed to check Go-no go tap depth of SKODA flywheel in
automatic sequence. In This project I was responsible for CAD modelling of Entire mechanical Assembly
and its components with drafting of their drawings
• Auto-gauging Machine: - This Machine was developed for checking face run-out and radial- radial run-out
brake disks and brake drums in automatic sequencing. Pneumatic cylinder, PLC, digital dial and servo motor
is used for automatic sequencing. In This project I was responsible for CAD modelling of Entire mechanical
Assembly and its components with drafting of their drawings along with pneumatic circuit drawings.
• Micro-bot (8th Axis):- This was developed for marking exact length of Beam is to cut in plasma Robot
cutting cell. Laser sensor and servo motor with PLC control is used for navigation. In This project I was
responsible for CAD modelling of Entire mechanical Assembly and its components with drafting of their
drawings
• Titanium Coating Chamber (Onsite Project In UK): - Plasma Biotal india purchased old titanium coating
machine from USA. Basically this system was for coating flat coupons with single chuck. I modified its
holding mechanism, now this machine has platter with 12 chucks, and belt drive to rotate these chucks at
same time this allowed us to coat 12 acetabular cups at the same time and increased productivity. In This
project I was responsible for CAD modelling of Entire mechanical Assembly and its components and
drafting of their drawings
