ABOUT COMPANIES & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -

1. GODREJ & BOYCE MFG. CO. LTD. (LAWKIM MOTORS GROUP)

It is the manufacturing company of Electric Motors like 3 phase Induction motors & 1 phase
motors. Company supplies Motor components, Generator components, Compressor components &
Stampings to OEM’s.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Ø Mechanical design and development of 3-phase induction (LT) motors as per NEMA and IEC
standards by using engineering principles and CAD/CAM software’s.
Ø Preparation of 3d models and 2d drawings for motor assemblies, machined parts, die casted parts,
moulded parts. Preparation of GA drawings, exploded view drawings, part manuals and ECN reports
etc.
Ø Selection of material & standard parts like bearings, gear boxes, seals etc for motors.
Ø Creating BOM & SOP for assembly of all newly developed motors and preparing specifications for
raw material, production process, finished product and their modifications according to periodic
changes in raw materials & production process.

2. ARBES TOOLS PVT. LTD. (TOOLTRONICS INDIA PVT. LTD.)

 It is the manufacturing company of complete Soft gel encapsulation line which includes
encapsulation machines like SGX 10.5”, CAP-X 8” and R&D 4”, blister packaging machine, semi-drier,
Gelatine transfer vessel, colour mixer, medicine mixer, De-Oiling Pan, Spares, Tooling/change parts of
machine, sorter, capsule inspection machines etc.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Ø Mechanical design and development of pharmaceutical and packaging machines (SPM’s) by using
new engineering concept’s, principles and CAD/CAM software’s.
Ø Preparation of 3d models and 2d drawings for machine assemblies, machined parts, sheet metal parts
(nesting, bending & welding). Preparation of GA drawings, Room layout drawings, exploded view
drawings, part manuals and ECN reports etc.
Ø Selection of material & standard parts like bearings, motors, gear boxes, seals for machine
applications.
Ø Creating BOM, DQ, SOP & work sheet for all newly developed machines and preparing
specifications for raw material, production process, finished product and their modifications
according to periodic changes in raw materials & production process.

3. ACG PAM PHARMA TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD.

It is the manufacturing company of high quality pharmaceutical machineries like capsule filling
machines (AFTLAB, AF25T & AF40T), tablet press machines (LEGACY 6100, PROTAB 700,
PROTAB 500 & PROTAB 300), inspection machines (PRODITCH), packaging machines (Primary and
Secondary) and capsule in-line machines

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Ø Handling activity of new machines design and R&D (as per management decision about making new
machines from scratch) and customization of old machines (as per customer requirements).
Ø Technology transfer from joint venture MNC companies.
Ø Handling and mentoring team of 4 peoples (2 junior design engineers and 2 draftsman’s) with best
possible output. Empowering them by guidance and training of latest implemented new execution
systems such as SAP HANA, CAD, CAE and PLM etc.
Ø Take care of project monitoring, MIS, on time delivery of new projects and ISO audits.
Ø CO-ordaining with CFT team such as QA and QC for preparation of validation, verification and
inspection plans, SCM for new vendor development, Sales and marketing for URS meetings and
finalization of orders, Aftersales team for spare parts, Assembly and production for on time machine
building and stores for inventory reduction plan.
Ø Selection of material & standard parts like bearings, motors, gear boxes, seals for machine
applications.
Ø Creating BOM, DQ, SOP & work sheet for all newly developed machines and preparing
specifications for raw material, production process, finished product and their modifications
according to periodic changes in raw materials & production process.
Ø Execution of complete SAP process required for design work like mm template creation, ZECN,
master and SO BOM creation and changes, revision and drawing attachment, Design automation.
Ø Visit customer sites for root cause identification and analysis to resolve machine related problems.

4. METTLER TOLEDO PVT. LTD.

It is the MNC manufacturing company of end-of-line inspection systems like dynamic check-
weighers, metal detection systems, x-ray inspection systems, track and trace solutions and vision
inspection systems. It is the largest provider of weighing instruments for use in laboratory, industrial,
pharma and food retailing applications. The company also provides various analytical instruments and
process analytics instruments to OEM's.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Ø Handling activity of new machines design and R&D (as per management decision about making new
machines from scratch) and customization of old machines (as per customer requirements).
Ø Technology transfer from MT USA, Europe and China.
Ø NPD and NPI for Indian market.
Ø Design of material handling system mainly different types of conveyors as per customer's application.

by customer by using of DFA, DFM, FMEA, CAPA, RCA and VOC.
Ø Complete process flow execution experience and knowledge in machine design field from new
concept design to stabilize NPD and R&D machines at customer end.

Ø Application of engineering principles and calculations in machine design process.
Ø New concept design, design planning, reverse engineering, vendor development and follow up, design
review, deviation resolution, validation and verification for new machines.
Ø Analyses customer requirements, summaries specifications, co-relates with existing machine
specifications and making optimum design for on time delivery of machine with best performance.
Ø Maintaining design documents as per ISO requirement Viz. design input, design output & validation.
Ø Getting approvals for prototype, making necessary modifications in design & releasing the same for
production.
Ø Ensure timely & seamless delivery of new machines to customer by co-ordinating with CFT (cross
functional team)
Ø Reviewing existing and new designs and modifies them as needed in accordance with internal or
external requests, as approved, for such projects as: cost reduction, performance improvement, quality
improvement and manufacturability.
Ø Provide support and guide production team to understand new machines, new process and quality
requirements of customer.
Ø To do value addition and cost reduction in existing machines.

ACHIEVEMENT:-
Ø Design & develop three new R&D prototype machines (Protab 700, R&D-4” and TLW 150) and
turning them into a version that can be more easily used for mass production.
