About

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled full-stack developer with MERN (MongoDB, Express,
React JS/Next JS, Nest JS, Node JS) technology stack to join our dynamic
development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and
implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such
as Redux, Flux, and Webpack. You will also be responsible for profiling and
improving front-end performance and documenting our front-end codebase.

To ensure success as a MERN developer, you should have in-depth knowledge of


MongoDB, Next JS, Nest JS, JavaScript and React concepts, excellent front-end
coding skills, and a good understanding of the backend for progressive web
applications. Ultimately, a top-class MERN developer should be able to design and
build modern web apps with excellent scalability and performance.

Key Responsibilities as a MERN Fullstack Developer


Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.
Design client-side and server-side architecture
Translate static HTML components using Next JS, React JS and JavaScript.
Write effective APIs in Nest & Node JS
Work in a cross-functional team to deliver a complete user experience
Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
Create security and data protection settings
Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
Write technical documentation
Work with data scientists, backend developers & web designers to improve software
Ability to wear many hats and learn new technologies quickly
Requirements for a MERN Fullstack Developer Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, object model, DOM manipulation and event
handlers, data structures, algorithms, JSX, and Babel
Complete understanding of ReactJS and its main fundamentals like JSX, Virtual DOM,
component lifecycle, etc.
Preceding experience with ReactJS workflows like Flux, Redux, Create React App,
data structure libraries
Exposure to Jobs, Task, Commands, Service Providers, IOC, Collection
Understanding of RESTful APIs/GraphQL, HTML/CSS, ES6 (variables and scoping, array
methods), code versioning tools like GIT, SVN, etc., popular frontend development
tools, CI/CD tools, DevOps, performance testing frameworks like Mocha, Node + NPM
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Exposure to Project management tools is an added advantage.
Exposure on the cloud servers like AWS, DigitalOcean etc.
Additional documentation & flow diagram preparation skills
