Activity 2: Preparing Jam

Materials and Equipment Needing

2 large pot ( thick Based ) Sugar

1 wooden spoon Water

Measuring jug

Glass Jars

Fruits

- Sterilize all equipment


- Prepare a batch of jam
- Test for setting point
