NOTIFICATION

 In pursuance of the orders of the Government of Haryana vide order no DMC-SPO-

2020/14198 dated 01.01.2022 and clarification vide memo No DMC-SPO-2021/02 dated
02.01.2022, Memo No E-565431 DHE-010009/1/2022-Coordination-DHE dated
02.01.2022, the University will remain closed for students till 12.01.2022 with the
following instructions:
 The physical classes in the University are suspended. Online classes will be taken by the
faculty being available in their respective Departments on the campus as per the
timetable.
 The Chairperson/ Chairperson-Incharge will ensure that the classes are held online
regularly.
 The non-teaching officials shall attend their respective offices/branches as usual with
strict observance of COVID-19 appropriate behavioral norms and social distancing.
 Recruitment exams and entrance exams will continue to be held in the University.
 All essential services will be functional as usual such as cleanliness, power supply, water
supply, security, plumbing, health services, etc., and concerned controlling officers are
directed to monitor such services on regular basis.
 Students are allowed to remain in hostels subject to strict observance of COVID-19
appropriate behavioral norms and social distancing.
 All the Chairpersons/Branch Officers shall ensure that all the Teaching & Non-Teaching
staff shall follow the guidelines of the University Authority/Government of Haryana and
Higher Education Department. All the staff members shall strictly abide by the
Government guidelines issued regarding precautions to stop the spreading of COVID-19
and other guidelines issued from time to time.
 COVID protocol shall be adhered to in toto by staff including wearing of masks and
vaccination.
