-Defination: The technology of treating polluted gas by Cyclone pressure is a method of

separating heavy dust from the gas mixture by centrifugal force, when the gas stream moves in a
circular motion along the Cyclone wall. The clean air stream is swept out in the center tube, the
dust particles collide and the wall falls to the bottom.

-Structure of dry cyclone:

- Principle of dry cyclone:

 Cyclon is a cylindrical device with an air inlet at the top. The air entering the cyclone
will flow spirally along the inner surface of the cylindrical shell. Down to the hopper,
the gas flow will move upward in a spiral and through the center tube to escape.
 The dust particles in the vortex air stream will be carried by the air stream into the
vortex motion. The centrifugal force causes the dust particles to move away from
the center of rotation and towards the outer shell of the cyclone. At the same time,
the dust particle will be affected by air resistance in the opposite direction of the
movement, as a result, the dust particle will gradually move to the outer shell of the
cyclone, collide with it, will lose kinetic energy and fall into the collection funnel. .
There, dust particles pass through the discharge device to go out.

- Absorption tower is a type of waste gas treatment tower that uses liquid to remove
pollutants of flue gas especially absorption CO2 , SO2 by H2O

- Defination : Absorption tower is a type of waste gas treatment tower that uses liquid to
remove pollutants of flue gas. Absorption is the process by which particles of exhaust gases
from factories are retained on the surface and do not allow them to escape. People rely on
this very process to do the work of treating exhaust gases.
- Working principle of exhaust gas treatment absorption tower:
 The tower uses liquid to remove the pollutants of the exhaust gas. The air stream
containing pollutants through the exhaust fan is led from the bottom to the top, the
absorbent solution is sprayed from the top down in the tower.
 When the exhaust gas comes into contact with the absorbent solution, the
pollutant components will be trapped through dissolution or transformation, and
the clean gas will escape. The solid residue is washed down by the water and taken
out periodically.
