and C (always above midlane). When He

is under-pressure, It seems like he is
more talkative and will do a lot of sharing
wether about His job or about his
personal life. But, when he has to face
the public, he will perform as a high
standard person, detailed, and be more
critical with every ideas from the
opposition.
5 Significant movement
Based on Graph 1 (MOST), Graph 2 (LEAST), and Graph 3
(CHANGE), it can be seen that there are 2 factors which are
Steadiness “S” and Conscientiousness “C” common to all
graphs as well as only 1 factor (Influence “I”) is opposite
between graph 1 and graph 2, demonstrates that Muhammad
Graph 1 Graph 2 Graph 3 Hasan’s profil is valid.

Stress Measurement

There is no significant movement of factor “S” as stability

factor. On graph 3, ”S” is the highest factor and when
comparing the highest and lowest “S” points (represented by
yellow line) to the “C” column on graph 3, It demonstrate that
“S” movement is 2 points which is not more that 2 points on
the stress ladder, considered as no indication of stress
potential.

Source of Stress

“I” Movement is an indication of the likely location of the

stress. By measuring the highest and lowerst “I” points
(represented by black line) to the “C” colimn on graph 3, the “I”
movement is just 1 point. According to the reference, If ”I” is
stable and the movement is not greater than 2 points, the
stress is more likely to originate outside work environment,
e.g. emotional or personal stressor.
6 The narratives
Muhammad Hasan has a high S “Steadiness” mean he is reliant and dependable. He is patient,
good listeners who want to work with team harmoniously. He strive for consensus and will try
hard to reconcile conflicts as He arise. He is compliant towards authority and a loyal team
player. He also good at multi-tasking and seeking task through completion
He described as stable, reliable, and predictable. He likes to get into a routine with what feels
secure and stick with it, resulting in opposition towards change. He will adjust best when given a
long enough period to adapt to change and requirean explanation of why the change is
occurring. He doesn’t like sudden change, conflict, and argument. He is loyal, very family
oriented and sometime possessive.
Because the ”S” personality strives for stability and feeling of peace and safety, Muhammad
Hasan fear security loss through change.
And ”S” personality is motivated by safety and security. He want to avoid conflict and exist in
peaceful environments and around groups tah are in harmony. They genuinely appreciate
recognition for His loyalty and dependability
