Bajaj FinServ Limited is a non-banking financial services company with its headquarters in Pune,
focusing on lending, asset management, wealth management, and insurance. It is the parent
company of the following entities:

BAJAJ FINANCE LIMITED(BFL)


Bajaj Finance is a leading non-banking finance company (NBFC) which is prominent in the consumer
durables and SME lending space.

It has a very diversified business with multiple product lines including Personal Loans, Business
Loans, Home loans, Gold Loans, Mortgage Loans and many more. This diversified business helps
Bajaj finance in managing risk effectively and generates higher returns than its competitors.

Some of the strategic differentiators include

1. Bajaj Finance (BFL) has a very trusted brand and brand loyalty attached to it. This gives
consumers confidence while buying their products
2. A very large customer base – BFL has a customer base of about 52.8 million (as of October
2021). This has been built by serving the underserved customers and fulfilling their needs
3. Heavy focus on cross-selling products across its consumer base. BFL has also established
various centres of excellence (CoE) to bring efficiencies and develop synergies regarding
cross-selling across its products
4. Pretty Diversified Asset Base – Current lending Asset under Management mix consists of
Consumer, Rural, SME, Corporates and Mortgage lending having a proportion of 34%, 10%,
13%, 10%, and 33% respectively
5. Pioneer in Technology and Analytics -

- Focuses on mass affluent which reduces credit risk having an overall base of xx crores and a
cross-sell base of xx crores allowing them to have a cross-selling strategy
- Having deep investments in technology and analytics, they have made continuous
innovations and have remained agile
