 OVERALL REFLECTION AND LEARNING
BASED ON MY STRAND

I have learned so much this year and especially this quarantine in

Research. It opens me up to different opinions and new ideas. It also
builds my discerning and analytical skills. Learning research also
helps me to have a detailed analysis of everything, restore and protect
memory and enhances, mathematics and problem-solving skills.
Therefore, it prepares my mind for a better understanding of concepts
and theories. My learning capacity is improved and I can perform
better in comparison that is reluctant to research.
Last quarter I’ve learned so much about Organization and
Management, I have learned the art of getting people together on a
common platform to make them work towards a common predefined
goal. It helps me in so many ways because I want to build my own
business in the future. Personal Development I’ve learned about
activities that develop a person’s capabilities and potential, build
human capital, facilitate employability, and enhance quality of life
and the realization of dreams and aspirations. Personal Development
helps me to define my personal vision and life goals more clearly.
When I established targets for myself , it becomes easier to create
plan and work towards those objectives.
First quarter is much easier than now, we are not yet in the 4 th quarter
but the lessons and subjects is already draining my brain. Like now
I’m piled up with activities because it’s so hard there are times that I
want to do my activities but when I don’t understand the direction
even if I already read it many times my head hurts and I’m going to
tell myself that I will do it later. Its hard to study alone if nobody is
there to teach you when you don’t know how to answer the problem
its not like before when its face-to-face there’s a teacher in front that
will teach me and answer my questions right away.
In this modular situation many students holding on google,brainly,
and more apps that can give them answers to their modules because
they just only want to pass the whole school year. But who am I
kidding this modular situation is so hard because teachers play a
major role in motivating students and helping build their self-esteem,
especially during their most impressionable years. Some students
have their parents that can guide them when they are answering their
modules but what about the others that don’t have their parents to
their side because their parents are working like me. There are
teacher that we can message or chat but sometimes they do not reply
and sometimes they reply but few more days pass. This modular
learning situation can surely make a student suicidal because it’s
difficult and I heard on the news before , when the modular and
online learning is just a few months after it starts that many students
are killing their selves because of their modules. It just sad that
students are killing their selves because they can’t answer their
modules.

Conquering Poverty In Our Community

INTRODUCTION
Poverty is a big issue in our community because poverty is linked with negative conditions such as
substandard housing, homelessness, inadequate nutrition and food insecurity, inadequate child care, lack
of access to health care, unsafe neighborhoods, and underresourced schools which adversely impact our
nation's children. The root causes of poverty arent only a lack of access to basic necessities of like water,
food, shelter, education, or healthcare. Inequities including gender or ethnic, and domestic viloence also
cause poverty. The government has implemented various programs and reforms to reduce poverty by
targeting education, healthcare, and the overall economy.

BACKGROUND
Poverty is associated with a host of health risks, including elevated rates of heart disease, diabetes,
hyoertension, cancer, infant mortality, mental illness, undernutrition, lead poisoning, asthma, and dental
problems. Greater Access To Education: A factor of systematic poverty is a lack of access to education
in impoverished areas. People gain basic skills and increased job opportunities through education, which
can help to combatnpoverty in the Philippines. I'm interested in poverty in our community because if we
solve this issue our community can get up because poverty usually the cause of all the problems.

OBJECTIVES
These are the reason why I want to solve poverty in our community:

1. To reduced deaths caused by water-borne disease and hunger.

2. To decrease in consumption growth and further income losses.

3. I dont want to see people that is homeless and hungry because of lack of money.

RESOLUTION
I think the specialized subject in my strand that can resolve poverty is research because when you do a
research about anything (not only poverty) you can see the effects and causes of all the problem/issue.
And when we already know how to solve the problem we can apply our knowledge to it.
