Back ground:

Generically, a business school offers degree programs with hands on business trainings,
workshops, on-campus seminars and classroom business simulations. These degree programs
equip fresh business graduates with business management skills. The outcome of these business
degree programs is different in developing countries as compared to developed countries. In
developed countries, students are more inclined towards establishing their own businesses and
adopt the role of job creator. But in the developing countries like Pakistan, the situation is totally
opposite. Although, business degree programs are systematically designed to instill the culture of
entrepreneurship/startups among young business graduates breed but still they prefer job over
business. This phenomenon is reasoned for some non-refutable obstacles.

Requirement:
Identify at least 4 institutional obstacles which prevent business graduates from being an
entrepreneur in any developing country like Pakistan.

Answer:-

Accordingly Given Scenario my opinion No doubt in our country Pakistan Mostly youngest
prefer to join private / Govt. Job, even they have good skill and learn from their education to Run
business but they cannot agree to Get run their own business. Mostly Pakistan family live in joint
family system if see other countries they run their life independent I talk here some basics
obstacles which is prevent business graduate from being an entrepreneur in developing country
like Pakistan.
1. Awareness Law & Regulations:-

Basically New or Youngest Student Which Is Fresh Complete Or Finish Their

Studies/Degree They Did Not Current Rules & Regulation About Startup New Business.
May They Have New Ideas For New Business But Lake Of Known Rules And
Regulations And Foreign Trades Or Import And Export, So This Is Barrier For People
To Run Business And Young Business Graduate Breed Is Prefer Job Except Business.

1. Lake of Capital:

Capital Or Funds Are Also Main Barrier For Startup A New Business. The Bank Loans Is
Not Easy In Our Country If They Give To Agree Then They Demand Keep Any Security
In Bank. Mostly People Live In Joint Family System And Family Consists Of 8 Or More
Person. They Are All Depend One Person So It Is Very Difficult To Make Ends Meet For
All Members Of The Family. So They People Not Have Capital For Start New Business
So This This Is One Of Other Important Obstacles.

2. Fear of loss or Confidence:

The New Young Have Not Big Heart To Bear Frailer Or Losses They Want Just Win,
They Did Not Want To Do Hard Work They Just Want We Invest And Business Run
Like A Horse. Some People Have Good Ideas And Also Can Manage Capital But They
Keep Fear Their Heart That If They Lose Their Business And Could Not Make Profitable
Business Then They Will Lose Everything. They Have No Confident To You So This Is
Barrier For Those People Who Have All Opportunity But Their Fear Does Not Allow
Forwarding.

3. Lake of Hardworking :-
Mostly Young New Generation Are Less Hardworking May It Causes Of Foods Some
Years Ago Peoples Eat Healthy And Original Foods But Now A Days Young
Generation Depends On Burger & Shwarmas The Reason They Feel Slow Down And
Vulnerable. So They Did Not Want To Think And Manage Business There For They
Think Profit Also Equal To Salary No Need To Get Patient Or Pain Just Do Job And
Live This Condition. But Allah Says “Who Will Try, As Much As, I Will Give Them
Accordingly Their Hardworking And Desire.
