SIR/MADAM:

We would like to inform your good office that the Tugbo Integrated School is in the process
of separating its main campus which is located at the mountainous area of barangay Tugbo
and annex campus that is just adjacent to your thermal power plant that will be renamed as
Bagong Baryo Elementary School.

One of the requirements for the approval of its separation and granting the permit to operate
from the regional office is your certification for the Clean Air Act due to the reason that the
annex campus is just beyond the fences of your thermal power plant.

In this regard, the undersigned is asking for a furnished copy of the said certification for us to
be able to complete the necessary documents for the separation. The target date for the
completion and rendering documents will be on the 1st week of June 2022 in preparation for
the opening of classes this School Year 2022 – 2023.
