Sub: Circular for No Smoking and use or chewing of
Tobacco product in office
With an intention to safeguard the health of all employees at Pramukh
Group, we have decided to make our company completely free from
smoking and use or chewing of Tobacco product. We all are aware of
the adverse effects of smoking and use or chewing of tobacco on health
and environment. Therefore, the Company’s Policy covers any kind of
use of tobacco in company’s premises.
Because of bad effects of smoking and use or chewing of Tobacco
product, the Company has decided to completely ban it in the
premises as per our Code of Conduct Policy (PRM HR Policy-04)
clause no. 7, sub-clause 7.9. It also prohibits attending work under the
influence of alcohol and/or any illegal drugs. Therefore, smoking and
use or chewing of Tobacco product is prohibited during office hours.
All the employees are advised to strictly follow these changes. In case of
any violations, Misconduct Memo of Rs. 500/ (per nos of violation)
will be issued (which shall be directly deducted from Salary) and strict
actions will be taken against through the standard disciplinary procedure.
In view of the above we request to you please instruct your team
accordingly.
This changes is applicable with effective from 24/05/2021.
