Sodium Benzoate is used as inert ingredient in Incense Sticks, Mosquito Coils.
( Sodium Benzoate - 0.5%)

Sodium Benzoate is used as a preservative which prevents the growth of mould and micro
organisms that affect the performance & appearance of the Incense Sticks, Mosquito Coils.

Sodium Benzoate is used as burning aid which help in sustaining the burning of the Incense
Sticks, Mosquito Coils.

Use of Benzyl Benzoate In

Incense Sticks, Mosquito Coils
Benzyl Benzoate is used in Perfume, Cosmetics, Incense, Industry because of its characters
of low volatilization and relative stability.

Benzyl Benzoate has low acute toxicity.

Benzyl Benzoate is clear colourless solvent which does not affect purfume profile of the
Incense Sticks or performance of Mosquito Coils.

It helps retain the purfume inside the Incense Sticks and avoids sublimation due to its relative
higher boiling point.

In Mosquito Coils it retains the active agrochemical formulation inside the coil for longer period
of time which improves the shelf life.

Benzyl Benzoate is insoluble in water, highly soluble in solvents and essential oils which
enables it to be uniform carrier for Incense Sticks, and Mosquito Coils.
