Good job using everyone's name more than once.
This number could be higher as it was a bit noisy.

Comment: Overall, creative, educational and
appropriate lesson. The room was set up before
class, clearly marked with good visual design and
flow. Good warm up with music got everyone
going. There was a bit too much talking and
giving directions when the students were not
paying attention at the beginning. The aides could
have been better instructed to keep the kids
moving, rather than having them sit and wait for
the next turn. But the stations were fun and
engaging, all the students participated and were
moving. You gave good teaching cues and
prepared for switching stations. You did a good
job of changing things up on the fly and being
flexible. You did well making sure you worked
with each student individually.

Strengths: Great rapport with the students, always greet everyone with enthusiasm and are
courteous. You create a safe, inclusive learning environment and treat everyone
Needs Improvement with kindness and respect. I like how the activity is set up before class, clearly
Suggestions marked with lots of good visuals and concrete learning cues. You do a good job of
giving feedback and helping each student throughout the lesson. You bring good
energy to your teaching, and I thought you did a good job eliciting language and
cognitive concepts as part of the activity.
Don't tell the students "good job" if they are not performing a skill correctly. Make
sure people are paying attention when you are talking. Simplify directions, use one
and two step directions rather than a lengthy explanation.
