Requirements:
Bachelor degree of Accounting.
Min 0-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position,
fresh graduates are welcome.
Technical knowledge(s): accounting, taxation, shipping and computer literate.
Have achievement orientation, customer service orientation, continuous
improvement, and good interpersonal relationship.
Able to analyze issue and use sound judgment, planning organizing, orientation to
detail, work efficiently, concern for order, business process understanding.
Proficiency in English, both oral & written.
FINANCE BANKING
ADMINISTRATION STAFF

Monitoring cargo operation, speed, bunker consumption, and tank cleaning operation.
Monitoring smooth operation at loading/discharge port.
Minimizing vessel delays.
Ensuring vessel operation is done based on SOP.
Checking CBN/Fixture Note/Charter Party sent by Marketing Department.
Proposing stowage plan to Master.
Sending shipping instruction to the vessel and asking Master confirmation.
Preparing voyage checklist.
Sending daily update vessel schedule/movement and ETA notice to all related parties.
Checking port restriction to ensure the vessel suitability to enter the port; berthing prospect;
most competitive port disbursement.
Selecting and appointing agents to be in charge at port.
Checking B/L draft and give releasing instruction to agent at loading port; B/L status and LOI
at discharging port.
Sending discharge instruction to vessel and agent; related documents to related parties
including L/D documents, B/L, etc.
Assisting agent in/out clearance process with port authority; vessel to monitor vessel material
purchased to ship manager.
Collecting and analyzing vessel data (such as: speed, bunker, pumping rate, cargo, etc)
comply with Charter Party.
Updating daily operational/vessel schedule.
Coordinating with vessel, ship manager and charterer to minimize problems (operation
matter)
Following up charterer’s claim.
Arranging route admittance (PPKA & PKKA) with Ministry of Transportation.
Giving instruction and information to vessel regarding schedule, cargo nomination
loading/discharging nomination, ship and cargo documents, etc.
Checking report for management review.
Submitting Estimate Port Disbursement Advance (EPDA) to Admin Staff.

Ensuring QHSE management system are well-implemented.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree from maritime studies (KPN/KALK/Marine Engineering/Naval Architecture/).
Minimal 0-4 years of working in shipping/chartering/sea experience are preferred.
Fluently in English, both written and spoken.
Technical knowledge needed: general liquid cargo, vessel knowledge & international
convention, pre & post-fixture, B/L & marine insurance, cargo calculation, boomzaken,
export-import.
High achievement orientation, customer service & detail orientation, continuous
improvement, good interpersonal relationship, strong analytical skill, sustainable in pressure,
proactive and target oriented.
Computer literate.
MARKETING STAFF/OFFICER
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in any field.
Minimal 0-4 years of working in shipping/chartering/sea experience are preferred.
Fluent in English both oral and written, chinese language will be an advantage.
Having knowledge of: Shipping/chartering/brokering/media/marketing & sales experience,
shipping knowledge preferred (General liquid cargo, Vessel knowledge & International
convention, Pre-fixture & Post-fixture, B/L & Marine Insurance), computer literate,
presentation skill, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001
Have achievement orientation, good interpersonal relationship, customer service orientation,
good in negotiation skill, orientation to detail, able to analyze and use sound judgement.
LEGAL JR MGR
Responsibilities:
Ensuring proper and correct review and finalization of agreements (including proper
execution) in accordance with company’s interest and policies
Ensuring prerequisites to any corporate actions to be performed by the company are fulfilled,
including to ensure requirements and proper procedures of general meeting of shareholders
are met
Monitoring and planning licenses renewals/applications, including to coordinate with licenses
provider/related governmental institutions
Ensuring proper form and execution of approvals required to any corporate actions to be
performed by the company
Ensuring correct and up-to-date advices / opinions provided to the company
Ensuring company’s proper position on claims, counterclaims, disputes, etc. as well as to
represent company in any disputes, if required
Ensuring effective and efficient coordination with and proper services are provided by third
party counsels (law firms, notaries, etc.)
Ensuring proper management of documents
Managing work distribution between officers/sr. officer
Carrying out coaching to improve staff performance
Setting a challenging working target for staff and review it periodically
Recognizing team strength and weaknesses, and propose necessary development for each
staff

Requirements:
At least Bachelor degree or Master degree/Post Graduate degree in Law or equivalent.
At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Shipping, Maritime, Capital Market, Corporate and Litigation, Insurance,
OHSAS18001, ISO14001.
Preferably Assistant Manager specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.

TECHNICAL SUPERINTENDENT
Responsibilities:
• Monitoring assigned vessel’s technical operation and maintenance.
• Monitoring performance through monthly return reports/vessel inspections and maintain
optimum maintenance levels.
• Monitoring and establishing reasons for excessive/unusual wear and tear and developing means
to control/rectify same, through consultation with Technical Manager.
• Monitoring technical performance of vessels and monitoring consumption of spares/lub oils and
bunkers to ensure these are not caused by poor condition of vessel.
• Monitoring survey cycles, statutory survey requirements and carrying out important surveys
physically onboard.
• Planning regular and special surveys/repairs/dry docking in advance with max time and cost
benefits for each vessel.
• Liaising with Marine Superintendent, Master or Chief Engineer on the vessel’s maintenance
program and on operational matters.
• Inspecting vessel’s under his charge at least twice a year, using a vessel inspection checklist as
guidance.
• Providing detailed operating budgets for maintenance dry-docking and special survey Initiating
follow-up action where possible, to contain costs, within budgeted parameters.
• Maintaining current data on costs obtained from various sources, in-cooperation with
Procurement department.
• Controlling volume and preparing specifications for repairs given to outside workshops/repaires
and organizing supplies of repair equipment.
• Providing feedback on purchases and encourage ship staff to tackle same onboard.
• Drawing timely attention of principals to areas where costs might be expected and which are
additional to the budget.
• Advising the ships under control on budget as well as the actual cost for the technical items.
• Reducing costs by motivating the ship’s staff, improving cost awareness by regularly advising them
on cost of stores and spares ordered.
• Maintaining validity of class, international, national, and specific certificates.
• Keeping up to date on requirements/changes in statutory/class rules/development and other
regulations.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least bachelor degree/master degree in Maritime Studies or
equivalent, preferably have ATT I degree (Chief Engineer on tanker).
• Fluent in English is required for this position.
• Technical knowledge(s): Ship Management, International Convention Regulation, ISM Code, ISPS
Code, Tankers Vessel.
• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Ship Management.
• Good analytical and logical thinking, detail oriented, well organized, and proactive for continuous
improvement.
• Computer literate.
