    Minutes of Meeting

    OPENING
    Meeting was called to order at 1:00pm in the Advisory Room.

    The meeting was started with a prayer.


    Attendance Check
    The parents had given form to sign in for the attendance.
    Distribution of Progress Report Card
    The distribution of Progress Report Card was done though explaining the result grades to parents as
    well as the other subjects without grades.
    Grade 10 PTA Project – Nursery
    The parents were informed to give 50 pesos for the incoming project, few of them paid for it but
    others promised to pay next year.
    Preferred strand of Students in SHS
    The parents were informed the different Strands in SHS and the strands offered by the different
    schools in Madridejos District. Thus, help the learners to easily identify their chosen strand.

    Meeting was adjourned at 2:00 pm.
