Management Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and organized Management Trainees to join our organization. The management
trainee's responsibilities include completing all assigned tasks, which may include, performing duties in
different departments, gaining knowledge of company operations, coordinating with corporate & individual
members, attending meetings and workshops, providing support and suggestions for improvement,
updating records, and preparing documentation.

About the Role:

The Management Trainee role is designed to provide meaningful and challenging real-work experience to
candidates as well as an opportunity to the company (Equalifi) to evaluate and groom candidates for long
term roles.

To be successful as a Management Trainee, a candidate should have superb attention to detail, an


entrepreneurial attitude, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

1) Coordinating with existing members on various knowledge initiatives


2) Conducting research on various finance topics & providing editorial support to Equalifi Journal,
industry reports and blog published by Equalifi round the year.
3) Planning digital outreach campaigns for Equalifi memberships and finance certifications.
4) Organizing conferences & strategic initiatives for the financial services industry
5) Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
6) Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
7) Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
8) Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.

Eligibility:

1. Bachelor's degree (Candidates who have recently completed graduation can also apply)
2. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Office.
4. Superb attention to detail.
5. Strong leadership skills.
6. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
7. Excellent time management skills.

Stipend:

For Graduates: Rs. 10,000- Rs.15,000 per month


For Post Graduates/ Candidates with relevant experience- Rs. 15,000 – Rs. 25,000 per month

Possibility of International Exposure: Yes

Traineeship Duration- 6- 12 Months

Possibility of a full-time role after traineeship: Yes
