LAND ACQUISITION (JUST TERMS COMPENSATION) ACT 1991

Notice of Compulsory Acquisition of Land

at Macquarie Park in the Ryde City Council Area

Transport for NSW by its delegate declares, with the approval of Her Excellency the Governor, that
the land described in the schedule below is acquired by compulsory process under the provisions of
the Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act 1991 for the purposes of the Roads Act 1993.

All those pieces or parcels of land situated in the Ryde City Council area, Parish of Hunters Hill and
County of Cumberland, shown as:

Lots 301 and 302 Deposited Plan 1273342, exclusive of any existing easements and all interests vide
Dealings S331800 and AB289018, being parts of the land in Certificate of Title 100/1263183 and
said to be in the possession of Australand Industrial No. 122 Pty Limited (registered proprietor) and
Frasers Property AHL Limited (mortgagee); and

Lot 204 Deposited Plan 1265951, exclusive of any existing easements, being part of the land in
Certificate of Title 9/1043041 and said to be in the possession of Investron Pty Limited (registered
proprietor), Moorefield Finance Pty Ltd (mortgagee) and Saxon Systems Pty Ltd (occupant).

ROADS ACT 1993, SECTION 10

DEDICATION OF LAND AS PUBLIC ROAD

In accordance with Section 10 of the Roads Act 1993, Council dedicates the land held by
it and described in the Schedule below as Public Road.
