1 ) Discuss the vaiious stages of a crime. Whether mere intention to commit a crime is
punishable under IPC?

persons of apprehending murderers in the fact, seizes `Z', in order to bring Z before
the proper authorities. Whether `A' will be held liable in the above case? Discuss the
exception of mistake of fact under IPC..
