Narrative Report
Grade 9 – Mansanas
SY 2021 – 2022

Objectives:
At the end of the second quarter cards-out day, the parents/guardians of the students
should be able to:
 In formed about their child’s performance and progress in school during the Second
Quarter; and
 Know about the attitudes of their child and tell other concerns regarding both
performance and attitude that is needed to be paying attention.

Issues & Concerns:

 Some of the students’ grades had incomplete grades in some learning areas because they
are not passing any of their outputs that is needed to be accomplish and submitted by the
student.
 Students are not passing their outputs on the set schedules.
 Some of the students are not participating in some activities in their subjects.
 Some of the students drop grades from First Quarter to Second Quarter because of
incomplete outputs and low scores in their activities.
Agreements Made with Parents/Guardians:

 The parents/guardians promised that they will give more time and attention to assist
their child in answering their modules
 The parents/guardians promised that their child will do all the activities that is needed to
accomplish and submit in the set scheduled.
