FOCUS CURRENT STATE ACTION FUTURE STATE

1. ENROLLMENT The enrollment of Grade VI
S.Y. 2020-2021 = 63 students.
S.Y. 2021-2022 = 68 students.
2. PEDAGOGIES -75 percent of the students were able to
conduct experiments at their own pace.
-They were some students are struggled to
solve worded problems in Mathematics and
cannot memorize simple formulas.
-Promote School Campaign through Online
Platform.
-Conduct Early Registration.
-Conduct Home Visitation.
-Encourage students to perform Science
experiments and give performance tasks that
materials are readily available at home.
-Conduct intervention program through semestral
numeracy program.
The enrollment will increase and also the
acceptance of transferees coming from different
schools inside and outside of the City.
The students should be able to perform science
experiments and students will be skilled in solving
the worded problem and increased their mastery in
certain least mastered competencies.

-Students were not able to remember certain  

dates and events in Araling Panlipunan.
3. STRUCTURE -Unstable Internet Connection
(TYPE OF MODALITY) -Limited access to LMS features (Schoology)
and Zoom Application due to the subscription.
-Students' engagement in online discussion
and attendance.
4. SYSTEM (TECHNOLOGY) -Only 3 desktop computer are upgraded in
Windows 8/10 some units needs to update.
-Upgrade Internet Subscription and feedback to IT -Improve the teaching and learning experience of the
Department. teachers and students and be able to communicate
the lessons very well.
-Needs to subscribe or register to Google for
unlimited access to the LMS and Zoom -Lessons will be more interactive and the Online
Application. discussion will not be cut to a certain time. Lessons
will be enhanced and improved by the unlimited
-Encourage students to participate and give extra access to LMS and also students will encourage to

experimental activity due to limited materials at
home which will be available only in school
such as laboratory equipment.
7. RESOURCES -Lack of Reference Book and Activity Material
Manual for Students.
8. OTHERS  
-Request a new printer or repair some of the
printers to be used. Use the appropriate Ink for
Epson L3110 to avoid problems with the ink pad
of the computer.
-Request a new printer/Xerox machine for the
department to easily prepare the needed
documents.
-Conduct or participate in Training Workshop for
Professional Development
-Improvised and give another way to conduct
such experiment to be able to adapt the certain
skills or performance task to finish.
-Request some of the Books to the Publishing
Company.
-Printing of PLM’s and documents will be fast and
there’s no need to repair it every time because it is
time-consuming.
-Easily reproducing copies of documents.
-Teachers will be skilled in certain areas and
knowledgeable.
-Students will be able to grasp the knowledge
through conducting experimental activities and be
able to explain the analysis of the results based on
the experiments.
-Teachers will improve their lessons and students
enjoys more activities.
