(Includes EdTPA, Licensure, School Law, etc.)

Total Program Hours will vary…approx. 126-130 hours…It depends on General Studies course choices and
English and/or MODERN Language requirements are met…Would be less if these are met prior to enrolling at UIndy. It
includes Special Education Minor which with additional testing can lead to licensure for Mild Intervention.

*Required for Ivy Tech Associate Degree Completors for a Bachelors Degree
A four (4) hour modern language requirement is in place. It can be achieved by passing 2 years (4 sem.) of the same high school modern language; achieving 102 on
the placement exam; or passing a 4-hour college 101 modern language course.
A minimum grade of C is required for all courses on this curriculum program sheet except any course in Fine Arts Theory, KINS-100, HIST-202, and course in
Religion, Spring Term and/or any modern language taken to meet competency. For those courses only, a cumulative grade point average of C- (1.7 on a 4.0 scale)
or higher is required.
