Carmelino Morandarte, by these presents, do hereby, name, appoint,
designate and constitute my daughter REBECCA RANES ARAGONES, Filipino, of
legal age, married to Antonio D. Aragones, a resident of 635 mibang, Sta.
Filomena, Dipolog City, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact for me
and in my name, place and stead to do and execute any or all of the
following acts:

1. To administer my properties situated in Dipolog City;

2. To sign as mortgagee in any Real Estate Mortgage;
3. To process the titling of my properties in my name;
4. To sign the Deed of Extrajudicial Settlement of my share of
properties, consisting of:
