Power India Limited against Construction of 25 MVA, 132/33 kV Substation at AIIMS Campus (Changsari).

With reference to the above, the drawings and GTP of 132KV CB of M/s GE T&D make submitted by M/s
Shyama Power is checked and our comments are as follows:-
1. There shall be provision for selective DC. The changeover from one source to another shall be through
relay. The scheme of selecting DC source through NO-NC contacts shall be shown in the circuit drawing.
2. GA drawing of support insulator shall be provided. The make of the insulator shall be specified.
3. No-volt relay for remote indication of power failure of motor shall be present.
4. Two earthing pads shall be provided for each support structure.
5. Minimum thickness of sheet steel for control cabinet shall be 3mm.
6. Minimum size of copper wire for control wiring shall be 2.5 sqmm.
7. First pole to clear factor shall be 1.3.
8. Quantity of spares as per BoQ

The firm may be requested to incorporate the aforesaid comments and re-submit the drawings/ GTP for
approval.
