Warning
1. The installation, adjustment, repair and maintenance of the equipment must be
carried out by professionals.
2. Please read the complete operation manual before installing and operating this
product.
3. For any maintenance and commissioning of the equipment, it is necessary to be
familiar with all equipment, safety specifications and take preventive measures in
advance, otherwise personal injury or damage to relevant equipment may be
caused.
4. Many parts of this product, including printed circuit boards, work under online
voltage and cannot be touched. Only use insulated tools.
5. Do not touch unprotected components.
6. Before maintaining the product line, the following protective measures shall be
taken:
1)Disconnect all power supplies.
2)Turn the switch to the "0" position, and then hang and lock the padlock.
3)Put a "no closing" sign on the switch.

Be Care
1. Before powering up and configuring the product, ensure that the working voltage is
compatible with the power supply voltage range shown on the product nameplate.
2. If the operating voltage is inconsistent with the power supply voltage range, the
product may be damaged.

1.Summary
MBS1 series dual power switch, referred to as ATS (automatic transfer switch),
is an integrated three-stage switch with fire protection function. This series of
switches are PC level switches, which are composed of switch body and conversion
control. They are driven by electromagnetic coil and have electrical and mechanical
interlocking structure. They have fast conversion speed and can realize the rapid
switching of two power supplies. The power supply of conversion controller adopts
AC220V of common or standby power supply as the working voltage.
The product meets the standards: GB / T 14048.11, iec60947-6-1.

NOTE:
1)Electric key lock:Control the inside controlling line power supply of the
switch,when the Electric lock open,the switch could be operated automatically
and remotely, when the electric lock closed,the switch could be operated by
handle only.
2)Operating handle: When operate the switch by the operating handle, the electric
lock must be closed.
3)Mechanic padlock:When inspection,firstly turn the switch to the'"0" position by
operation handle,then pull the padlock mechanism and close the padlock,then
the inspection can be arranged:(Pull the mechanism padlock will cut off the
inside controlling power supply of the switch. The switch couldn't be inelectric
position and also couldn't be manual operation.
4)Position indication:It means the position of the switch working estate( I ,0, I).
5)Controlling voltage: AC220V.

8.Test after installation

1) Connect the common power supply (I) and standby power supply (II) to
the copper bar of the corresponding terminal block;
2) Automatic debugging
(1)The common power supply is powered, the standby power supply
is powered, and the switch I is connected;
(2)The common power supply loses power, the standby power supply
has power, and the switch II is connected;
(3)The common power supply is energized, and the switch I is
connected;
3)Remote control commissioning
(1)Jog button SB1, then switch I is connected;
(2)Jog button SB2, then switch II is connected;
4) Automatic / remote control (manual) test
(1) Pull the function selection switch to the automatic position: the
switch shall act according to the requirements of Article 2;
(2)Pull the function selection switch to the remote control (manual
position): the switch shall act according to the requirements of Article
5)When the switch is in the on state of circuit I or II wiring, the signal lamp
on the panel shall make corresponding indication;
6)After the test, first turn off the power supply and turn the switch to "0"
position with the handle.
