Activity 4.2 Exploring People’s Reactions to an Advertisement
Directions: How would people of different characteristic types react to a budget airline’s sale advertisement
below? Write on the next page what each type of person would likely say/tell about the said advertisement.

Frugal: A frugal person don’t spend their time looking for deals. So, I think they don’t just grab this discount
sale. Because a frugal person, they enjoy saving money but you also appreciate good quality items and
spending time intentionally. Someone who care about the price as well as the quality of an item they are
purchasing. A frugal person usually value their time.

Pleasure: If they will buy it, I think they will share the other discount to other people. And they will grab to buy
more ticket discounts because it rarely happen.

Status: they will buy this in order to show others and pleasure themselves that they can but it.

Indifference: They will just buy it if only they need.

Powerful: Buying more tickets just to show others that he/she can afford many tickets.

Self-worth: They will buy it just for themselves.
