OneAmerica Released 2016 ASPIRE Award Nominees

Over 150+ Nominees have been selected for the annual awards

INDIANAPOLIS – May 29, 2022 – OneAmerica released the list of 2016 Aspire Award
Nominees. The awards are for honoring associated and their achievements and are presented to
those that embody the companies ASPIRE values given as a monetary gift. Scott Davison,
chairmen, president, and CEO of OneAmerica says, “they embody every ASPIRE core value
while inspiring their colleagues and direct reports to produce, innovate and succeed.”

OneAmerica offers four ASPIRE awards, the first being the Distinguished Achievement Award.
The award is given to an associate that has had substantial impact in the organization and
consistently exceeds expectations over time. The associate must be employed by the company
for at least seven years and acts as a role model to others. They also must display dedication to
the organization and believe in making OneAmerica better by being a brand and culture steward.

The Excellence in Partnership Award is given to an associate who also positively represents the
organization. The award associate provides exception service, have a significantly positive
impact for the company’s external customer and/or producers, and exemplifies the partnership
philosophy of being there when customers need us most. Also, the associate goes above and
beyond to serve customers and takes ownership for achieving positive outcomes.

Another award that is offered to any OneAmerica associate is the Excellence in Execution
Award. This award is honored to an associate at any level who demonstrates outstanding
execution of business initiatives. Their contribution makes a significant impact that makes a
difference at OneAmerica. The associate drives innovation and positive change in the
organization to achieve results, consistently delivers quality outcomes on time and within scope
and budget, expertly navigates roadblocks to deliver results above expectation, or increases value
and efficiency by streamlining processes and improving workflow.

The final award is the Outstanding Leadership award. This award is presented to an associate
who delivers excellence through their team and exemplifies our leadership principles and
develop team members so they can achieve at a high level. They build strong teams and drive
innovation for positive change and better results in the organization.
