Title of the Activity: Intensity and Differentiation of Emotions

Most Essential Learning Competency: Discuss that understanding the intensity and
differentiation of your emotions may help in communicating emotional expressions
 EsP-PD11/12EI-Ii-j-8.1
I. Directions: Study the following pictures below, what kind of emotion did you
feel upon seeing each picture? And why? Write your answer in the space
provided beside the image. The rubric below is designed to help you
understand the standards which will be used to rate your answers.

Young children require instruction, study, and

socialization. I was saddened and pity when I saw the
picture because the child appeared to be struggling
with the work he was being asked to do, which we
knew was inappropriate for his age. I felt sorry for
him because, rather than having fun or studying, the
child was forced to do something that was not
enjoyable to him.

Figure 1

I felt calm in my heart when I saw this picture. I am a

nature lover especially in water forms and whether
personally or in the photo, I am happy and calm when
I see them.

Figure 2

When I see situations like this, I immediately feel sad

because I am one of the people who has been through
it. My parents were always fighting back then,
especially when we were children, and I still feel the
weight on my chest whenever I recall it.

Figure 3
Seeing this picture made me angry. Anger directed at
those who perform such work leads to the destruction
of our environment and world. Even a little
discipline will help to preserve the nature that we
must protect.

Figure 4

When I saw it, it brought back memories for me.

These are the things or games that we used to play as
children. I'm happy because I got to play these
games, and as a result, I've made close friends who
are now my padin friends.
