Virtue Ethics:
It emphasizes the virtues or the moral
character of the person itself

Socrates:
Socrates highly believes that a
virtuous man is a man who truly
know what virtue is in an
objective sense, and for him that
is possible
Plato:
For him an act is good or virtuous if it is
generally practiced regardless of race,
language, gender.
Aristotle:
He believes that anything could be
known as long as it has forms,
anything outside of what you can see,
hear, feel, taste, smell are
unknowable and therefore you have
no knowledge of it
Cicero:
Stoicism teaches that we cannot
control nature what we can only
control are our emotions and
responses towards what nature
brings in order to be truly happy.
For them staying neutral,
emotionless and unreactive makes
them truly happy.
Epiricus:
He advocated that life must be lived
in happiness and happiness can be
achieved through living in a simple
life.
Jesus Ethical Approach

tradition.
