SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

That We, FLORENTINO COLASTE, widower; EVELYN B. COLASTE; SALVADOR B.

COLASTE; BENJAMIN B. COLASTE; MARCELINO B. COLASTE; and LUCIA B. COLASTE, all
of legal age, Filipino citizens, and residents of Brgy. Sto. Niño, Tacloban City, do hereby NAME,
APPOINT and CONSTITUTE as my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, ALVIN R. JARO, of legal age,
married Filipino citizen, and a resident of Tacloban City, for us and in our NAMES, PLACES and
STEADS, to do and perform the following to wit:

“To make representation relative to a certain parcel of land designated as Lot

No. 17, Csd-08-001129 (OLT), situated at Brgy. Sto. Niño, City of Tacloban, Province of
Leyte, Island of Leyte; transfer of ownership and titling; to request certified true copy of
documents, tax declarations and titles; follow up documents and other papers; get copy f
death certificate of the late Clarita Britinia-Colaste at the PSA, Tacloban City; process
and receive CAR, apply for title, pay taxes (estate tax, documentary stamp taxes, etc) and
other related fees at the BIR, Candahug, Palo, Leyte, Treasurers Office and Assessors
Office of Tacloban City, Register of Deeds for the City of Tacloban, and other
government and/or private agencies; to acknowledge receipt of documents, sign, deliver
and receive all necessary instrument in connection with the above transaction.”

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my attorney-in-fact full authority to do and perform
all and every act necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority, as I might or could lawfully do if
personally present; hereby ratifying and confirming all that my attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do by virtue
hereof.
