Notice of End of Defect Liability Period

Kindly be informed that the Client would not be extending the Defect Liability Period. The
DLP for the project ends on May 31, 2022 and as such it is expected that all identified defects
or unfinished works be corrected and finished before the end of DLP.

Based on this development you are expected to notify our firm on the Completion status of
all project sites and make preparation to handover all sites on or before May 31, 2022.

Be informed that your inability to handover all project sites before the end of the DLP would
be a breach of the Contract and the Client has notified us that your performance guarantee
would be called for in order to address the situation.

Attached to this letter is the memo received from the Client. Kindly treat this communication
with urgency required.
