    Folliculitis/ T capitis 2. Tab. Arlin 600 mg (Linezolid)
    1+0+1 after meal 7 days
    Investigation:
    VDRL (Qty) 3. Ointment, Neocin Plus (400 IU+3.5 mg+5000 IU)/gm (Neomy
    Sulfate + Bacitracin Zinc + Polymyxin B Sulfate)

    to apply locally twice/once on affected areas 2 weeks

    4. Shampoo, Dancel 2% (Ketoconazole (Shampoo))


    to shampoo the scalp twice weekly

    keep the lather for 2min and then wash continue

    Follow-up within: 3 Weeks

    Advice:
    Use separate comb, towel
    follow up with the investigations reports after 3 weeks
