rice powder. India's most valuable products and it is most used in South India where without rice
powder any food cannot be completed. In south India the rice is the most used product. Rice is
used to make the maximum food of south Indian. Rice flour which is also called rice powder. It is
the form of which is made from finely milled rice. we can use rice flour instead of wheat flour. It
is a good substitute for wheat flour. It causes irritation in the digestive system for those who are
gluten-intolerant. Rice flour is also used in recipes and used as a thickening agent which is
refrigerated or frozen because it is habitat liquid separation. Agriculture plays a very important
source in the market. Market analysis is the important element of marketing .when it keeps
bringing all the possible for the better business. Rice is recognized as healthy food .application
of rice flour tp fermented bakery products and noodles. A lot of suggestions have been given for
the process for producing unpolished or polished rice flour and favorable for bakery products by
using unpolished rice. TARGET MARKET: I will target the south Indian market where the most
uses of rice powder are to make rice powder food. In the present time the fast food craze will run
very fast . The fast food craze will happen all over India but south India is top one market to
lunch in south India market so I will decide the area I will target is south India . because their rice
powder is more made For example the food will be made in south India like - For example:
Idiappam , Maharashtra ambali , chakli (rice flour and curd and deep fried ) , ribban sev , rice
tortilla ( chawal ki roti ) .market is perfect to focus on my goal to achieve , then I will target the
south Indian there restaurant, their local market , that special area which is more popular in fast
food , the food which is made from rice powder like idli sambar chakli etc .Targeted market will
be a perfect area where my product will be running successfully. I want to achieve my goal to sell
my product GROWTH POTENTIAL The main aim will be that I want my product to succeed in
spreading information that about my product which type of product which type of material is
used in my product no any mistakes of any raw material are used in my product provide
information by this our product will launch in market . Firstly we will target the restaurant
where we will take a view and give feedback of our product then we examine the market then
according to customer feedback we will improve the product if any improvement is mandatory .
then we will produce products according to people or customers and feedback , the more product
sales of products will take place then at once in the market we will earn profit at last . If the
product is successful the profit margin will increase in future , if some change will be done in
product in future establishing some new product similarly then we produced like rice flour
product like its uses are more and more in market it is use in beauty face pack are made to use
through consumers . Sales and Profit forecast profit is dependent on sales , The more sales the
more profit. As we know , the more rice powder packages sold the more will be the profit

requiring an effective leadership in the organization itself because it is important to show the
correct path to the business in its initial stage. These were the some of the assistance which will
be required by the business for its better ENTERPRISE DESCRIPTIOIn Asia , rice is the most
widely consumed staple food for the rest of the world's human population. Rice is the agriculture
commodity within the third –highest worldwide production. India has the largest area under rice
cultivation and as one of the principal food crops. in fact it is the dominant crop of the country .
Rice is the chief grain of India . India is the leading producer of this crop . Rice is the food crop
and as in a tropical plant it powder will present in every climate like hot and humid .is a kharif
crop in India because it is grown in a rain fed area that receives heavy rainfall . For producing
rice its temperature must be around 25 degree Celsius or above and rainfall must be more than
100 centimeter (CM) . It is also grown through irrigation in those areas which receiveless rainfall
. In 2009-10 , Rice production of India amounted to 89.13 millions tones which was less than
production for previous year 99.18 millions tones . rice is the staple food of eastern southern part
of India , the annual rainfall in India was over 10120 millimeters . Agriculture plays a very
important role in the market . Market analysis is the important element of marketing , which
helps in bringing all the possibilities for the better business. A modern rice powder plant is – rice
is recognized as healthy food . application of rice powder to fermented bakery products and
noodles . A lot of suggestions have been given for the process of producing unpolished or
polished rice powder and are favorable for bakery products and noodles by using unpolished or
polished or polished rice .Unpolished rice powder is produced by the steps of unpolished rice
grains without grinding and milling the restaurant into powder . For example – a process for
producing unpolished rice powder , comprising the steps of steaming unpolished rice grains and

cheap cost . At present time the government of India proposed a law which is about contract
farming , from which we can contact former where profit by direct selling . As an entrepreneur
from my business I will provide jobs to needed people . Once I visited in south India where I saw
the consumption of rice powder in every cuisine , when I returned to my hometown I also saw
the consumption of rice powder in north India but their cost of rice powder is high in comparison
to south India . so you decide to start a business of rice powder from which I gain profit and also
provide employment .

I will start a business and have three things about itself –hard work , discipline ,
loyalty and diligence . Capability to improve products or upgrade products on time
or a specific period of gap. Aware about the product if a new policy is declared by

the government then my business is dynamic in nature because it will accept that
policy and change some rules .And also upgrade the worker knowledge on the behalf
of new machinery . Already added the profit margin of the company at the time of
sales to earn profit .
Yes I believe there is a real need for products because their maximum number of
items are made by the help of my product. It is the main or important material in
making fast food . The items are made are like Roasted Rice powder, (white), Puttu
Podi, Puttu podi (Brown), Appam Powder,
Pathiri Powder, Idiappam Powder, Idly and dosa Mix.
I want to see my business .in long terms , I just have to increase running in long term
and it will be achieved if I provide good quality of products and make them available
at the time of consumers and do my promotion in best way .which I will be doing
my promotion with the help of sound promoters . I believe my firm will gain profit
and run for a long period of time .

My product is rice powder – it is a healthy food item, it is a perfect substitute of
wheat powder because both are maximum similarity in their works. My product is
full of quality at a cheap rate from others. My product raw material was taken directly
from the average rate or price; by this my product will be cheaper.
There are different types of rice present in the market. In Asia, rice is the most widely
consumed staple food for the world's human population. Rice is the highest world-
wide production.

Producing or process of producing rice powder the steps are like that-
1- Soaking rice in to water
2- Crushing rice grains in proper way
3- After that rice will drying when it will fully soaking and crushed
4- After this the milling of rice grains partly dries , to produce to rice powder

After that the selection of rice grains will group of polished and unpolished rice
grains. Where the crushing steps broken grain are known as unpolished rice and
roughly crushing are known as polished rice grains. The next process is the
penetration is done by using 3-20%og a –threshold or the weight known as raw
material of rice grains. After this the penetration is done then the next process is
making powder or solution , then the next process is drying the grains is whet , and
further contain a step of rice powder to give the average particle .
The process of producing rice powder depends upon polished and unpolished rice
grains, the polished and unpolished rice grains they have come through different
qualities. If I produce both types of powder then there will be some problems at the
beginning because there are two types of products. I manufacture polished rice
powder and unpolished rice powder. There will plant setup and produce the both type
of powder polished and unpolished rice powder.
For example the manufacturing of rice powder the steps are like –soaking of raw
material of rice grains and drying and milling the resultant.

added pure rice powder is made. There will be personal connection between

feedback from the customer if any changes then I will do changes , then I will set a
realistic expectation because in this the company will fail due to the need of the
customer . And I also pay attentiochangen on my competitors because they do some
new innovation. Loyalty is important because your customer has another company
product to run that side .Be honest with the customer because they fulfill the need to
purchase our products. The user experience is most common because the person who
will experience in this field what to do and how to do it is the main important thing,
so take user experience from time to time
.After that they make an easier line to complain to the customer to which type of
problem is coming.

should not find any water in rice.
● Then transfer some rice in a grinder jar to grind a fine powder.
● Grind: In some parts we should grind rice into a crushed powder, and pass
rice through a sieve. Take a large plate of powder mesh to remove all the
grains from rice powder.
● Pass rice through the sieve, ensure or check properly the grains particles in
the rice powder; its texture must be fine and smooth.
● If the grains or particles left on the net must be grinded again. Repeat this
cycle until all the rice is made into powder into equal texture.

We have to keep the record of the cash flow of the market according to the report of
the salesman of the different areas of the market . After that we have to take the eye
on the monthly collection and monthly payment to the suppliers . After this we have
to run it smoothly monthly and calculate it yearly according to the record of the

month . Yearly check of the cash inflow of the business and the final step is to take

rs20 then we reduce the weight of the packet by 100 gm , it will be the 400 gm packet

We have taken the account of tax in our cost of product so by this there is not any
type of risk by the government departments because they have kept an eye on the
return of the firms so we have to maintain it or keep account of tax return . The
account of income tax is very important for the firm if the sale of the firm is very
high as according to the rule of tax return .

CONCLUSION

We conclude that my product - "Rice flour" ( healthy food items) it is


mostly used in South india where without rice powder, any food cannot
be completed. Are used in making idli, dosha, chakli.

This powder is used to make the maximum food of South India. It creats
employment to the people and agriculture plays a vital role in the
manufacturing and production of rice powder

It is a good substitute of wheat flour and used as a thickening agent which


is refrigerated or frozen because it is habitat liquid separation.
