• Completed two global immersion projects

o Automation of documentation at Sea Ports ( Paperless Trading)
▪ Studied process of document automation, conducted secondary research and expert interview, conducted ISM
analysis to understand the impact of factors like government laws, e-freight, single window, etc on document
automation
▪ Discovered the government laws and regulations is the key factor which effects the other factors. Also
discovered that document automation reduces document processing time from 7-10 days to 1 day, thereby
increasing capacity to process orders
o Adoption of technology in banks and its impact on international trade
▪ Collected data on the latest technologies used by banks and with an objective to find how these latest
technologies affect the international trade, conducted expert interviews for the same
▪ Discovered that such adoption has led to reduce the time for settling payments and reduced the cost
of transaction
