2% Performance bond by Seller only after operative, confirmed and verified banking instrument from world’s
Top 25 Banks only and subject to confirmation and verification of banking instrument.
No PB for Trial/First Shipment
For Trial Payment will be at loading Port

Procedure CIF
1. The buyer sends a request for quotation to seller. Seller sends the draft FCO with the terms,
conditions and procedures.
2. The buyer fine words and sends them to the seller. The seller validates the amendments and sends
FCO amended. The buyer signs the FCO and sends to the seller along with ICPO with full banking
information & BCL.
3. Seller issue Draft SPA to buyer and buyer will change some clause if required and sign and stamp and
return to seller for sign.
4. The seller sends PI (Performa Invoice) to the buyer.
5. The buyer lodge the contract (SPA) in his bank and sends Banking Instrument verbiage.
6. After approved by seller bank, buyer bank issues Banking Instrument to sellers account for validation
and execution.
7. After verification and confirming receipt of the Banking Instrument the seller arranges to load the
product and validate the Q&Q by SGS or equivalent, expense by the seller. The seller sends the
certificate SGS and all shipping documents to the buyer indicating that the product is already on
board.
8. Payment will be released immediately against all documents, indicated in the contract and the as
upper described Banking Instrument and its condition at port.

Notice to acceptance of offer

 Buyer completes and signs this document to indicate acceptance of our terms and conditions herein
contained.
 Procedures as per mentioned above.
 Buyer agrees that information shared is confidential and privileged agrees not to any information with
regards to this transaction to any third party without the written consent of the seller.

 Prices are subject to change at any time, without prior notice, after validity of SCO.
 POP will be provided bank to bank after SPA and against POF MT799.
 No video, Samples or any past performance will be provided.
 Please do not sign the FCO if T&C/Procedure are not acceptable to the buyer or funds not available in
the bank to issue financial instrument after finalization of SPA.
