We are pleased to offer you the position of Senior Analyst at Archwell Operations India Pvt. Ltd.,
located at Bangalore. The details of the roles and responsibilities shall be provided upon joining.

Compensation: Your annual compensation is INR 280000/- (Two Lakh Eighty Thousand Rupees). The
compensation would be subject to statutory deductions that are in force from time to time. A detailed
breakup of your annual compensation is provided in Annexure.

Joining Date: You are expected to join us by 11:00am on 18-Apr-2022

Terms and Conditions

1. The terms of this offer shall be kept strictly confidential.

2. You will be issued an Appointment Letter along with the Non-Disclosure Agreement with
Archwell Operations India Private Limited, on your date of joining.
3. The company’s business involves operating round the clock on all days. Therefore, the work may
involve working in shifts and staggered weekly offs.
4. Your notice period with the company will be 90 days.
5. Background Verification/Reference Checks/Effect of Substance Abuse: Your appointment is
subject to an agreeable background check. The Company shall, at its discretion conduct
background check either before joining the company or within a reasonable time frame after
joining. This offer and your continued employment is conditional upon the result of the check.
The Company at its sole discretion may also conduct time to time screening for substance abuse
during the employment tenure.
In case the results of the check are negative for any reason, your offer / employment will be
treated as null and void. In such eventuality, you may be immediately relieved from the
employment without giving any notice and / or pay in lieu thereof or any other remuneration
(including incentives/allowances) for the period of engagement up to aforesaid date of relieving.

You are requested to present all original copies of and below documents and provide copies of the same
for our records:
 Aadhar Card and Pan Card
 Education Certificates: Degree Certificate, Diploma certificate, and all year marks sheet, if you do
not have it, then Provisional degree certificate.
 Employment Experience Certificate: Relieving Letter/Resignation Acceptance Letter from
previous employers. If employed with previous employer for a period less than 1 year, then
relieving letter from the previous employer is also mandatory
 Salary Certificates and Last three months drawn payslip
 Proof of Residence: Driving License, Aadhar card, Voter ID, Rental Agreement, Passport Copy
 Covid Vaccination Certificate (1st and 2nd as applicable)
 Five copies of your recent Passport size color photographs.

The offer letter is valid for 48 hours from the date of receipt of this letter. Please sign the copy of this
letter for acceptance. Please place your initials on each page in acceptance of the terms and conditions
set out herein.
