workbench to salesforce. The application searches across multiple legacy systems to retrieve all associated relationships
(policies, claims, etc.) based on information provided by the caller. CRM Unification provides an agent the information needed
to quickly answer questions and make any required changes.

In house project helps business to maintain their power product, so that their products can last for a longer duration and
helps them to maintain their product value. We implemented sales and service cloud and is on salesforce lightning.
