1. 2.5L Duramax Turbo Diesel Engine Breaking new ground

with a 2.5L Duramax diesel direct injection engine featuring 4
cylinders, 16 valves, DOHC with Variable Geometry Turbocharger
(VGT) and an intercooler. Generating 180 horsepower @3,600
rpm and 440 Nm of torque @2,000 rpm. All power is transmitted
via interchangeable Automatic and Manual 6-Speed gear
modes for higher performance control. In addition, you can
select from 2WD or 4WD to suit your required terrain.

2. Electric Power Steering The Electric Power Steering is 2

highly precise and accurate. Steering weight varies according
to the truck’s speed.
• At low speed (driving in traffic jam or when parking)
The steering wheel feels lighter in order to help you steer
easier.
• At high speed (driving on highway)
Steering wheel progressively gets heavier as you
increase speed. This enables you to steer firmly with
more stability. In addition, improved control and handling
help you avoid accidents.

3. Remote Start The impressive remote start feature allows

you to start the engine from outside the truck automatically
powering up the air conditioning to 25° C, cooling your cabin
before departure. The remote control also functions on all 4

SAFETY

The Colorado High Country delivers maximum safety through a

combination of advanced active and passive safety functions
that provide optimum protection for all passengers.

1. Forward Collision Alert At speeds of 40 km/h upwards,

a camera mounted on the rear view mirror analyzes and
evaluates the distance between your truck and the vehicle in
front of you. If the truck comes too close to the vehicle in front,
the system sends out an image and audio alert to the driver.

2. Front & Rear Park Assist Parking is easier with sensors
that are installed in eight positions across the front to rear
bumpers. The system sends out an image and audio alert
making the driver aware of the distance between the truck
and any obstacle.

3. Lane Departure Warning While operating at speeds over

60 km/h, the system detects when the vehicle drifts out of the
designated lane while the turn signals are turned off and
immediately sends out an image and audio alert to the driver.

4. Rear Vision Camera When the gear is in the “R” position,

a wide-angle view of the area behind the truck appears on the
8” touch-screen. This Dynamic Guideline technology operates
in real-time to help you back into tight spaces with ease.

5. Driver Knee Airbag Colorado High Country offers more

protection than other standard trucks with the Driver Knee Airbag
installation. It complements standard front airbag and seatbelt
protection by also preventing knee and lower leg injuries.
