Abstract

The government through the Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS Kesehatan) has collaborated
with the health facility services, especially the Puskesmas to implement a program that is integrated
with the disease management model. Chronic disease for people with chronic diseases called
PROLANIS. The purpose of this research is to know the factors related to the participation of
prolanis participants in the working area of UPT Puskesmas II Denpasar Barat. This research is
quantitative research with research design using cross section . This research was conducted at UPT
Puskesmas II Denpasar Barat. The sampling technique used is probability random sampling
technique. The data analysis technique used Univariate Analysis and Bivariate Analysis. The
statistical test uses the Chi - Square formula . The results of the Chi Square statistical test using the
SPSS program show a p value = 0.256, this is at the level of knowledge indicating that the p value >
0.05 which indicates Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, it can be concluded that there is no
relationship between the level of knowledge on the participation of prolanis participants in the
region. UPT Puskesmas II West Denpasar. The results of the attitude test showed a p value = 0.004,
this indicates that the p value < 0.05 which indicates Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so it can be
concluded that there is a relationship between attitudes towards the participation of prolanis
participants in the work area of UPT Puskesmas II Denpasar Barat. The test results on facilities and
infrastructure show a p value = 0.468, this indicates that the p value > 0.05 which indicates Ho is
accepted and Ha is rejected, it can be concluded that there is no relationship between facilities and
infrastructure on the participation of prolanis participants in the work area of UPT Puskesmas II
Denpasar West . The test results on family support showed p value = 0.043 , this indicates that the
p value < 0.05 which indicates Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected , it can be concluded that there is a
relationship between family support and participation of prolanis participants in the work area of
UPT Puskesmas II West Denpasar . The test results on family support show the p value = 0.292, this
shows that the p value > 0.05 which indicates Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected , it can be concluded
that there is no relationship between the support of health workers on the participation of prolanis
participants in the work area of UPT Puskesmas II West Denpasar . The results of the test on mileage
showed a value of p = 1,000 , this indicates that the p value > 0.05 which indicates Ho is accepted
and Ha is rejected , it can be concluded that there is no relationship between mileage and
participation of prolanis participants in the work area of UPT Puskesmas II Denpasar Barat .
