 COMMON RULES
 Each college are requested to have a Student Coordinator and a Staff In-charge for their respective team.
Anything regarding the event will be conveyed to them through Google Classroom / WhatsApp.
 The registration fee for per person for an event will be Rs. 50. The participants are asked to make their
payments to the Bank Account provided in “Registration Details” page.
 The student coordinator of the participating team must collect and pay the registration fees for the
entire team as a single payment.
 The participants are requested to convey the message of participation through WhatsApp, three days
well in advance to the event. (Ph. No: 8111041745)
 In case if a participant participates in more than one event, he / she must give prior information to the
event coordinator and must also pay the registration fee for the respective event.
 The payment receipt for the registration fee must to be uploaded in the Google Forms without fail.
 Each and every participant must provide their Individual Names, G-mail Address and Phone Numbers at
the time of registration.
 Every participants are requested to wear their Institutions’ I.D Cards during the events.
 The participation members will receive their Lot Numbers, two days well in advance to the event.
 COMMON RULES
 As per the registration, a separate Google Classroom will be created for all the events.
 The classroom link for each events will be sent to the participations students to their registered Gmail
address. Hence the participants are expected to join the classroom without fail.
 The participants are requested to join the meeting or undertake the test at a stipulated time from their
registered Gmail I.D. In the case of absence or late arrival, they will be disqualified.
 There will be no refund of registration fee under any circumstances.
 The decision of the judges will be final for all the events.
 Any sort of malpractice will lead to the disqualification of the participant for all the events.
 The medium of language will be English for all the events.
 No participants are expected to come in person to the college for any reasons.

Rules:

 Only one participant is expected from a college.

 The participants must have their resume during the entire event.
 During the period of event, the participants are expected to join the meeting.
 Further details will be disclosed during the time of the event.

Rules:

 A team consisting of 2 members are must to participate in this event.

 The event of quiz will take place through Google Forms.
 Hence the participants are expected to join the classroom without fail.

 BUSINESS TIME
Rules:

 Only one participant is expected from a college.

 An abstract of the business plan must be submitted two days before the event.
 The abstract should not exceed two pages.
 It must include the lot number of the respective team and only the selected candidates can appear for the next
day.

 Abstract
 Paper Presentation.
 IPL AUCTION
Rules:

 A team consisting of 2 members are must to participate in this event.

 The event of quiz will take place through Google Forms.
 The Auction will take place through Google Meet.
 Further details will be disclosed during the time of the event.

 CHARLIE’S PLAY
Rules:

 A team consisting of maximum 5 members are expected to participate in this event.

 The concept for the play will be given a day before the event.
 Musical lyrics and dialogues are strictly prohibited.
 The background of the play must have the wordings “2K22 Com Carnival” & the lot numbers of the respective
teams.
 Edits, cuts and retakes of the video are also strictly prohibited.
 The maximum time limit will be 4 minutes.
 Instructions regarding the upload of the video will be conveyed during the time of issue of the lot numbers.
 MAD AD
Rules:

 A team consisting of maximum 5 members are expected to participate in this event.

 The concept for the play will be given a day before the event.
 The background of the play must have the wordings “2K22 Com Carnival” & the Lot numbers of the respective
teams.
 Edits, cuts and retakes of the video are also strictly prohibited.
 The maximum time limit must be 4 minutes.

 LOGO DESIGNING
Rules:

 Only one participant is expected from a college.

 The topic for the event will be conveyed on the day of the event.
 Instructions regarding the upload of the design will be conveyed during the time of issue of the lot numbers.
 Plagiarism will be considered as malpractice.
 SHUTTERS’ UP
Rules:

 Only one participant is expected from a college.

 A maximum of Two Photos can be submitted by a participant.
 The topic for the event will be conveyed on the day of the event.
 Filters and forging of photo are strictly prohibited.
 Instructions regarding the upload of the photo will be conveyed during the time of issue of the lot numbers.
 Plagiarism will be considered as malpractice.
 TREND ADEPTS
Rules:

 Only one participant is expected from a college.

 A maximum of Two memes can be submitted by a participant.
 The topic for the event will be conveyed on the day of the event.
 Plagiarism will be considered as malpractice.
 Vulgarities of words and templates will lead to the disqualification of the entire team.
 The filtered memes will be posted in the Instagram Account “2k22comcarnival”. The valuation will be based
upon the number of likes in the Instagram..
