SECURITY ARRANGEMENT ON CONTRACT

We offer our well organized and effectively controlled security services for
your Factories, Mills, Building, Banks and Agriculture farm etc. by our specially
trained personnel with substantially proved record of DISCIPLINE, INTERGRITY
and LOYALTY. They can be proved pillars of strength in solving your security
and its allied problems.

AIMS:

THE AIM OF OUR ORGANIZATION IS TO RELIEVE THE MANAGEMENT

COMPLETELY OF ALL SECURITY AND IT’S ALLIED PROBLEMS.
 TERMS & CONDITION.

1. We ensure with efficient service for 24 hours.

2. All Wages and allied benefits of staff such as P.F. Leave Salary, ESIS etc. are
Payable by us and the management does not have to incur any additional
payment Besides our fixed monthly fees.

3. Our Security staff will be totally at your discretion and orders.

4. He is our employee and the management does not have to undergo any other
Additional payments.

5. We take the responsibility of any loss to you due to negligence of our staff.

6. Our vigilance staff will make surprise visits to check the security of the company.

7. As a matter of contract we do not permit any our staff to work directly under your
Management.

8. The Security contract will be accept our payments of Bill by A/c. Payees cheque
Only invariably before 5th of every month.

9. The Security contract will be accepted for a minimum period of ONE year as a
Probation in first phase and thereafter It will be renewed for a minimum period
Of TWO years.

10. Termination of contract will be required to be given ONE MONTH’S notice or

Payment in lieu-off on either side.

Security Survey and Expert Advice, Investigation & Detection, Escorts of

Valuables. Industrial Security of Residential Places and any matter related of
SECURITY.

1. The overall management is vested in hands of highly experienced Ex-Military

Personnel’s.

administration.

3. The Majority of them are from Ex-Military S.R.P., B.S.F., etc.

4. Dual control of security staff (By management & by us) will achieve maximum
Efficiency and productivity.

5. Our staff cannot become a member of your LABOUR UNION.

6. Your are saved from botheration of recruiting training deployment absence, leave
Replacement and other fringe benefits.

7. GUARANTEE upon the adequate security measures at all times.

8. Insurance protection our security staff is offered by us.

(1) In additional to above 5% service charges will be charged extra on total amount of bill.
(2) GST applicable extra as per GOVT. Rules.(18%)
Accommodation :-

We shall charge Rs. 00/- per supervisory staff and Rs. 00/- per Security Guard as
an accommodation charge if the same is not provided by the concerned company.
