PROFILE UPDATION
• Once you have registered as a suplier and Admin has approved your
request, log in to Gharobaar.com

• After logging in you’ll see a form as shown below.

Click on Agree Button. (You can download the fee schedule for future
reference by clicking on download button)

• You will then be asked to update your profile.

• Write your story (If you’ve already shared the story with us, then
please copy and paste the same here).
• Upload your profile pic and brand logo.
• You can also enter a URL for a video if you want the same to be
visible on your profile.
• Now you have to enter your
o Brand name and brand description.
o Bank Details (These can also be entered in the ‘Payouts’
section in the left panel)

• You can then select if you need any assistance from Gharobaar.

• Select a Supplier Specialty (the description of each is given as a hover,


these specialties would be used as a filter on our website and thus is a very
important field).
• Enter the approximate number of unique products offered by you.
• Now you have to upload images of following documents (not
mandatory)
o GST Photo
o PAN Photo
o IPR/Trademark Photo
o Certificates

• Now click on Save and Next Button, you will be automatically directed
to Add product Page. (You can start adding products before saving your profile
information as well by clicking on ‘Add Product’ in the left panel)

ADDING PRODUCTS
• Begin by uploading images of your product. You can drag and drop or
select multiple files together and upload them here. Select ‘primary’
for the image that you want as the main and first image of your
product. Please note- If you wish you display the images in a particular order,
then please upload them in the same order in this section.

• Select Category of the product, and then further select the sub
category. Enter your product SKU code (you can generate the SKU code by
selecting Generate button if you done have an existing SKU).

• Enter your product title and description. (Please write a few lines describing
your product's features, dimensions, specialities, uniqueness etc. Mention all
relevant details about the product that are important for the buyer to know. This
data would be used in buyer searches on the platform, as well as for creating the
right filters for your product)

• Then enter the Keywords for platform Search. (Search Keywords refers to
the words which the buyer might use to find a product. These keywords are
tagged to the product and when the buyer searches with the appropriate search
word(s), the nearest appropriate product is displayed. Please write the different
keywords that are relevant to your product separated by commas)

• Click on Save and Continue button, a new form will appear.

• Select the type of inventory (explanation given when you hover on it)

• Enter the price of the product as per the information asked for in the
boxes. Gharobaar’s commission (excluding the payment gateway
charges) would be auto-calculated at the bottom for your reference.

Please note- If your product has any variations, then the price entered here
should be of the base/default product that should be displayed on the website.

• Enter the shipping information (Select ‘Free shipping’ if the shipping charges
are included in your price, otherwise select ‘Buyer Pays’)

• Enter the weight, length, width and height of the product after it has
been packed for final delivery. (Please note- These details should be as
accurate as possible because the shipping charges for the customer would be
calculated basis this)

• Select if your product is available for return and exchange or not


(Please do read the Returns and Exchange Policy as well).

• Depending on your product category, please enter the ‘Other Product


Information’ as well that would help us in tagging the correct filters to
your product.

• Select the area in which your product can be delivered (PAN India for
non-perishable products, and other options for perishable products).
Also mention if your product has any special delivery requirements.

• You then have the option to upload a video or enter a URL for a video
Demo or description of your product.

• Enter your address for product pick up (will be auto-populated as
mentioned by you at the time of registration). Please note- You have the
option of adding another location for the pick up of the same product as well. You
can click on ‘Add another location’ and add another address.

• If your product has any variations, then please refer to the process of
adding variations (Page 13 of this document), otherwise move to the
process of submitting the product (Page 15 of this document).

ADDING PRODUCT VARIATIONS
• To begin adding variations, click on the ‘Add a new variation’ button.

• A pop-up window will open as shown below. Select the type of


variation that you want to add (eg. size, color, weight etc.), followed by
the other variation information. Then click on ‘Add a new variation’.

• The window changes to the window as seen below. In the ‘Default
option’ section, if the price and weight details mentioned by you in the
main screen are for this product only, then select ‘Yes’, otherwise
select ‘No’.

• If this is not the default option, then enter the price, SKU and other
information about the product as mentioned.

• Click on ‘Add option’ to add another product in the same variation


category, or click on ‘Save’ and ‘Close’ if you’re done adding variations.

SUBMITTING THE PRODUCT

• Once you’re done filling all the mandatory fields and adding the
product variations (if applicable), click on ‘Save and Preview’ to save
the product details and preview how your product would be displayed
on the website (Please note- we are still working on the final look of the
product page, and thus there could be some changes to this preview look once
the website is launched).

• Click on Submit to add the product.

• The product will be added successfully, and would be sent for admin
approval. Once approved, it would be published on the website.

• You can continue adding products in the same way. The saved
products and products pending for admin approval can be viewed in
the ‘Products’ section in the left panel under the tabs ‘Drafts’ and
‘Pending products’.
