Dear Sir,

I am Emailing to update the status of the task. By accessing resources, I was able
to check only ten companies and churn data of only five companies because the
numbers of relevant contacts are less than three. I also found that two companies
from the list are already in our data base. Accessing the correct sources has taken
longer than I anticipated. So kindly provide me some additional time for the other
ten companies. I hope the delay will result in a more accurate and comprehensive
report. So please extend the deadline for this task considering the situation.
